Otakuscavern is a webshop operating in Italy. We work with various artists and production partners around the world.

Our goal is to provide the customer with affordable prices and shipping without compromising the quality of our merchandise. This is why we mainly ship from USA, China. In China have a dedicated team for quality check.

Cancellation Policy  

 

You can request to cancel an order within 24 hours.
After receiving the request, we will process it within 24 hours. The full amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method.

Return Policy 

 

We will always issue refunds or replacements for defective orders, e.g. misprints, wrong colour or size, without any additional cost. If there is a problem with the product, you must contact us within 5 days after delivery.

If you change your mind and want to refund the product, provided that the package is unopened, you must contact us within 5 days after delivery to start the refund process. Please note that return shipping is paid by the buyer and it has to be trackable. Once we receive the product we will only refund the price of the product.

Due to the nature of the product Stickers can’t be returned.

Products are shipped within 1-2 Weeks

Packages usually reaches the destination country within 2 weeks, but sometimes they can take up to 4 weeks to arrive due to factors such as weather, high postal traffic, the holiday season, and shipping companies’ performance.

Import Taxes

 
Customers outside of the European Union are responsible for all import taxes.
 
For countries in the European Union, we collect taxes for IOSS for order under 150 euros.

We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe and SEPA bank transfer.

FAQ

 

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept payment by debit and credit cards, Paypal. Bank transfers are only available in SEPA zones.
In case of payment by bank transfer, your order will be processed once we receive the payment; it usually takes 1-2 business day.

Why do you require a phone number?

Our couriers require a phone number to ship the package.
Sometimes, if there is a problem with the package, your local courier (Postal services) might try to get in contact with you. For these reasons we ask you to provide the phone number.

What kind of shipping method is available?

     For shipment from China:

            Special lane (Standard Shipping)

            Fast private lane (Fast Shipping, only available for USA buyers)

     For shipment from Usa:

           Standard Shipping

All shipping methods are trackable.

Why some of the item takes 2 – 3 week to ship?

Some of our products are Made to Order, depending on the product it can take 2-3 weeks to make and ship.

My order arrived damaged?

If you have received a damaged product please Contact us within 5 days from receiving the package.

We will contact you via email where you have to provide proof of damage (photo/video).
After assessing the damage you can request a replacement or a refund.

Where is my package?

Sometimes it can take a while for a package to arrive, especially if it’s shipped from China, so we ask you to have patience and wait at least 25 days from the shipping date.
If the package hasn’t arrived by then, or there are issues with the tracking, please Contact us  and we will find a solution together.

Wrong item?

If you received the wrong item, you can request for a refund or a reshipment of the order.

How can I leave a review?

Reviews can be left only by verified customers. After 25 days, we will send you an email with a review request.

Where is my review?

We take our customers’ feedback very seriously and it helps us better our products.
We only allow reviews related to the product, such as product quality etc…
Reviews based on factors outside of our control, such as shipping delays, product damaged during shipping will be removed.

Do I need an account to purchase an item?

No, You can buy without an account. 

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can send us a request to delete your account via the Contact us section. 

After receiving the request we will permanently delete the account within 48 hours.
